I facilitate change work in a variety of contexts, most commonly as a facilitator of conflict transformation processes in organizations and as a director/facilitator of social justice theater. My approach offers creative ways to work through conflict that deepens interpersonal relationships, facilitates personal growth, and brings about collective discovery of deeper truths underneath whatever is being explored.
